Cucumber Radish Salad

Serving: 4 to 6

Time: 10 minutes


  • 1 cucumber (long english or field cucumber)

  • 1 bunch of radish

  • 2 tbsp white vinegar

  • 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp honey or other liquid sweetener

  • Pinch of Salt 


  1. Chop cucumber and radish into small diced cubes and put into serving bowl

  2. Combine vinegar, honey, and salt into a small bowl for combining

  3. When thoroughly mixed pour the liquid content over the cucumber and radish, mix well

  4. Taste test and adjust flavor as needed for more sweet or savory and serve immediately.

This salad store well for a 2 to 3 days and provides a refreshing crisp dish any season or a break from the heat in hotter months of the year.
